• House of Hype will operate from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the last entry at 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
• Operating hours may still vary on special events and holidays, so before you head out, make sure to review the website for any updates.
• Tickets are dated and timed and are for a specific timed entry. Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Tickets may be rescheduled by contacting our Support Team.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original booking date and time. All rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Children aged 12 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above and holding a valid ticket.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing outside food and beverages inside House of Hype. But worry not, as there are six dining options available and ready to fill you up while you explore the park. The average experience time is approximately 2.5hours, but there is no time limit. Enjoy unlimited time inside, but re-entry is not permitted.
• All non-flash photography and videography are permitted within House of Hype, but please be mindful of capturing photographs and videos of other guests. Please note: Professional photography is not permitted inside the park.
• There is no specific dress code for entry; however, guests wearing skirts, dresses, or kanduras are reminded that there are mirrored floors inside House of Hype that might show some reflection from beneath.
• House of Hype contains bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. The park may not be suitable for guests who have sensitivity to these conditions or a history of photosensitive epilepsy.
• Please be advised that when booking House of Hype for multiple guests, the system will now generate an individual QR code for each guest. Each guest must present their unique QR code upon arrival for entry to the venue.
